Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Departmental Trainer to join our Accommodation Services Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Your role will involve delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team, fostering a positive, diverse, and supportive environment focused on careers and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate training programs, ensure all colleagues are trained, and maintain records
* Conduct training sessions or briefings on various aspects of Accommodation Services
* Create daily, weekly, and monthly training programs
* Ensure departmental SOPs are current and in place
* Monitor the performance of Room Attendants, Self-checkers, and Floor Supervisors daily
* Evaluate the effectiveness of departmental activities monthly and develop action plans with Accommodation Managers
Additional Details
You will be required to work hours necessary to fulfill your duties, not less than the standard hours set by the department.
