As a valued member of Evolution's Operations team, the Stores Coordinator will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our stores and ongoing projects, while also supporting the wider Group and its subsidiaries.
This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently, fostering collaboration and teamwork—qualities vital for success!
The Stores Coordinator will manage all inventory movements for the company and customers, ensuring accurate documentation within our internal management systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure delivered goods match relevant paperwork for all deliveries.
2. Maintain efficiency in operations by adhering to processes, procedures, and schedules.
3. Proactively manage stock levels.
4. Report damaged or missing goods.
5. Store and rotate stock according to procedures.
6. Support the Operations Administration team.
7. Follow health and safety rules.
8. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safe storage of equipment.
9. Attend internal meetings as required.
10. Assist with stock takes with the Operations Administration team.
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good commercial awareness.
* Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration.
* Ability to analyze and improve processes.
* Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
* Clean driving license (essential).
* Current passport (essential).
* Proficiency in computer use.
