Vehicle Technician - Blackpool
1. Well renowned Family Run Independent Premium Specialist Garage in Blackpool
2. A basic salary of up to £42,000
3. No weekends, Family time matters!
4. Gifted holiday between Christmas-New Years - Total of up to 32 days holiday including bank holidays
5. Last Friday of the month, staff meal at lunchtime.
6. Fully stocked drinks' fridge.
7. Current Manufacturer equipment used.
8. Specialising in premium brands.
Our client is looking for minimum of level 3 or equivalent and minimum of 5 years recent workshop experience, ideally with premium brands such as LR, Audi, MB or VW.
Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
9. Carrying out more complicated repairs such as Turbo's, Clutches and EGR Valves.
10. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles mainly premium brands.
11. Carry out VHC and inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
12. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using the latest manufacturer equipment.
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
13. A minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
14. A Full UK driving license
15. 5 years of previous workshop experience.
16. Experience of recording VHC and experience of using diagnostic equipment and a process of use.
17. Experience of Timing belts and Clutch replacements.
