Part-time Family Placement Assistant Team Manager - Up to £59,808 pro rata - Hybrid
NonStop Care is working with an Outstanding Ofsted-rated local authority in Berkshire, seeking an experienced practitioner to join their Family Finding service as a Part-time Assistant Team Manager.
This role offers a management position in a part-time capacity, providing a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the management of the Family Placement Team under the guidance of the Team Manager
* Line management of social workers, family workers, support staff, and recruitment officers
* Ensuring timely completion of documentation such as Form F, SGO, and Form C assessments
