The Opportunity
As a Team Lead at Hunter Bond, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, developing talent, and shaping the future of our growing team and recruitment function. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance personal billing with coaching a high‑performing team.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, driving daily performance and long‑term growth
* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across technology, finance, and quantitative markets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
* Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring the team meets delivery goals and quality standards
* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, hiring plans, and process improvement
* Support business development through market insights and talent intelligence
* Foster a positive, high‑energy culture built around excellence, ownership, and collaboration
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment (tech/finance/quant markets a strong plus)
* Previous leadership or mentoring responsibility within an agency environment (highly desired)
* Strong track record of billing + developing recruitment talent
* A commercially driven mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality outcomes
* Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
* Ambition, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, scaling environment
