Circa £40,000 (depending on experience) + Hybrid working - 2 days from Home 3 days in the office per week
Junior HR Business Partner’s Core Duties
1. Provide guidance to managers and employees on all HR related topics
2. Administer all life cycle changes
3. Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
4. Support on all disciplinary matters and disputes
5. Administer all leave and holiday requests
6. Provide guidance and support for performance reviews
Junior HR Business Partner’s Skills & Experience Required
7. 3 years’ experience in HR coordinator role
8. Degree in Human Resources or Part/fully CIPD qualified
9. Experience in Employee Relations and an up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practice
10. Experience with HR Systems
11. Good experience with MS Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel)
12. Experience working in high growth and fast paced environment
