Global IBP Demand Leader - Diagnostics & Genomics (14 - 16 month FTC)
As an IBP Leader, you integrate planning across Discovery & Medical OpCo, aligning supply chain and commercial strategies with senior leaders. You manage sales forecasts, liaison with Plants, ensure supply plans meet customer needs, and support KPI targets, inventory management, regional demand planning and product lifecycle management. This is an on-site role based at one of our three locations: Amersham, Cardiff, or Newquay.
Responsibilities
* Identify and deliver KPI targets (e.g., Forecast Accuracy) linked to the IBP process with P&L, Regions and Sites to ensure portfolio success.
* Establish and drive processes to communicate supply & demand imbalances, including fair allocation of supply when constrained; manage finished goods inventory and inventory health.
* Support regional demand planning teams through established processes; coach and identify continuous improvement actions to improve integration with Commercial teams and supply chain efficiency.
* Support Product Leaders on Life Cycle Management: analyze product portfolios for sales volume, value and margins; support and monitor new product introduction and discontinuation processes; adjust forecasts; review replenishment setups; make recommendations on stocking policies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning or related field.
* Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain planning processes; CPIM certification is an advantage.
* Knowledge of MRP processes & Advanced Planning systems – Demantra, APO or other ERP systems.
* Very strong analytical skills, able to deal with large amounts of data, in multiple formats and from different sources, consolidating all data and showing ability to identify and prioritize focus areas.
* Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to details.
