Marketing Operations Manager - Hospitality Management Solution
Propel is partnered with an exciting SaaS scaleup client revolutionizing the hospitality industry, helping renowned restaurants and hotels operate more efficiently, sustainably, and intelligently. Backed by strong investment, they are experiencing rapid growth and solving longstanding industry challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Optimization: Analyze performance, enhance results across channels, and track user journeys for actionable insights.
2. Process Automation: Lead MAP migration, automate marketing processes, and develop scalable systems for demand generation support.
3. Reporting & Analytics: Develop self-serve reporting frameworks and monitor brand ROI to optimize performance.
4. Sales & Marketing Alignment: Ensure MQL follow-up, implement behavior-based nurture campaigns, and synchronize sales and marketing efforts.
5. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate across RevOps and marketing to improve lead capture, tracking, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in project delivery, preferably within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
* Proven experience working with or alongside marketing teams.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, action-oriented mindset.
* Proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of managing tasks independently.
* Experience creating workflows, reports, and CRM setups (Microsoft Dynamics), including leading internal and external developers.
* Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
* Ability to optimize performance using data, with experience in testing and strategy development.
Location & Flexibility: This role is remote within the UK, with occasional travel, or based in Edinburgh with hybrid working arrangements.
