Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality and comprehensive technical and administrative support across all functions of the Market Management Service.

Collate, analyse, and report on performance data to support effective monitoring and decision-making.

Ensure accurate data entry across internal systems to maintain integrity in records and reporting.

Manage incoming enquiries, ensuring a timely, professional, and customer-focused response in line with service standards.

Deliver finance-related support, including assisting with budgeting, invoicing, and expenditure tracking across the service.

Contribute to a compliant and efficient service, meeting both internal policies and relevant national/local legislative requirements.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the service to ensure consistent delivery and sharing of best practices.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a housing, administrative, or local government support role.
