You will directly manage a team of two developers and two testers, with potential for growth. Your main responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of the development and technical roadmap as we transition legacy .NET and PHP applications to modern, cloud-hosted platforms. Mentoring developers and promoting engineering best practices across the organization. Leading design and development efforts, shaping engineering standards, and maintaining quality. Driving continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), improving documentation and review processes. Bridging the gap between technology and business by clearly articulating the importance of certain technical decisions.
