THE CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS LEAD ROLE:
The Campaign Operations Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from planning and targeting through to execution and performance improvement. You’ll use data and automation tools to ensure communications are timely, relevant, and effective.
* Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Support customer targeting and segmentation to improve engagement.
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to help drive renewals and growth.
* Monitor campaign results and look for ways to improve performance.
* Help streamline campaign processes and customer journeys.
* Turn business goals into clear and actionable campaign plans.
* Ensure campaigns are tracked, measured, and reported effectively.
* Work with data teams to understand results and share key insights.
CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS LEAD ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* Proven experience in Salesforce CRM
* Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein AI, or similar marketing automation tools.
* Strong background in campaign automation, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
* Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimisation, and reporting.
* Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategy.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
* Experience integrating campaigns with diallers, SMS, and other contact channels.
* Commercial mindset with a focus on ROI, renewals, and conversion metrics.
