Were on the lookout for a Senior Broker to join a fast-growing, modern broking team working with some of the UKs most exciting businesses. This isnt your average broking role. Youll own the full client journeyfrom onboarding and placing policies to renewals, quarterly reviews, and everything in between. No messy handoversjust genuine client relationships, built properly. What Youll Be Doing Take prospects from first enquiry through to policy placement. Handle all servicing: MTAs, renewals, quarterly reviews. Build tailored insurance programmes (including global & complex risks). Highlight cover gaps and upsell solutions where appropriate. Work closely with underwriters to negotiate the best outcomes. Be a trusted expert in your sectorguiding clients and challenging the norm. What Were Looking For 5 years' commercial broking experience. Strong knowledge of core covers: EL, PL, Property, BI, Cyber, PI. Experience with multinational clients and global policy placement. Cert CII qualified (minimum). Great communicatorconfident in client meetings (virtual & face-to-face). Acturis experience preferred. Self-starter with a team-first attitude.
