* Provide experienced guidance to sales, estimating, and design teams.
* Drive performance improvements through KPI management and reporting.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Support your team’s development through coaching, training, and clear communication.
About You
We’re looking for a leader who combines deep technical knowledge with great people skills. You’ll need to be confident managing multiple projects and teams while keeping a customer-first mindset.
Essential Experience:
* Proven experience in timber frame construction (preferably large-scale / housebuilder sites)
* Background managing teams or subcontractors in construction.
* Strong understanding of on-site installation processes and health & safety practices
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and travel regularly across the UK.
