Are you passionate about supporting children to thrive both emotionally and socially? A vibrant and inclusive primary school in South Shore, Blackpool is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their committed pastoral team.
About the Role:
You will work closely with pupils across the school who need additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement. Your role will be key in promoting positive behaviour strategies, building strong relationships, and helping children access learning in a safe and supportive environment.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children in an educational, youth work, or care setting
* Is confident in managing behaviour and de-escalating challenging situations
* Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
* Is resilient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive practice
* Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
