£14.85 per hour
Days - 39 hours available - 8am-8pm - with alternate weekend working
Nights - 39 hours available - 8pm-8am - with alternate weekend working

As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of residents, while showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development.

What skills do I need?
* Teamwork – a happy team leads to happy residents and a happy home
* Experience in care is essential; an NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
* Strong communication and a flexible approach
* Kindness and genuine care for older people, with respect and dignity for all
