Job - Payroll Administrator / Trainee
Location: Glasgow city centre
Contract: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: up to £30K depending on experience
Kickstart your payroll career! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator / Trainee to join our Finance/HR team. You’ll get hands-on experience processing payroll, maintaining records, and supporting statutory filings — all under the guidance of our Payroll Manager.
What You’ll Do:
* Process fortnightly payrolls accurately
* Maintain employee payroll records (new hires, salary changes, benefits)
* Reconcile payroll and assist with month-end close
* Generate payslips and reports for HR/Finance
* Respond to employee payroll queries
* Support statutory filings and year-end payroll activities
You Have:
* 1–2 years’ experience in payroll, HR admin, or administration with strong numerical skills
* Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset
