Job Title: SEN Class Teacher

Location: Kempston

Start Date: January 2026

Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: MPS 1-6 + Minimum SEN Allowance (£2,679) | £31,650 - £43,607 (FTE)

Sector: Special Educational Needs | Education and Training

Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:

Lead a small, supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons in line with EHCPs
Cultivate a calm, inclusive classroom using a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviour
Liaise closely with parents, carers, and specialist staff to ensure each child's holistic progress
Take an active role in shaping the curriculum and school culture, with space to lead initiatives and pilot new approaches Are you an experienced SEN Class Teacher looking for your next meaningful step-one that offers both impact and progression?

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
