We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Operations Delivery team—someone who thrives on accuracy, loves turning numbers into insights, and can confidently guide financial decisions that shape the future of technology. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance control. You’ll work closely with Team Leaders and senior management, ensuring every operational and project budget is understood and managed effectively. Your work will influence both internal stakeholders and external customers, so attention to detail and clear communication are key. What will I be doing? Steer strategic financial planning and evolve models to support cutting-edge technology. Evaluate new revenue streams and ensure commercial viability. Own project accounting and deliver accurate, actionable insights. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports that drive informed decisions. Collaborate with NPL’s finance team and external stakeholders for alignment and transparency. Drive governance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across financial processes. About You What skills do I need? Strong knowledge of accounting principles and project/operational budgeting. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (D365 experience is a bonus, but training is provided). Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to different audiences. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to change. Self-assurance working independently while building strong relationships across teams. Why join UKTL?
