Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes. Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant setting, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar position. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. In-depth knowledge of food production techniques and culinary skills. Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team management and motivation. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Exceptional cooking skills with an understanding of various cuisines. Previous hospitality experience is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
