We are currently recruiting Flower Packers to support our client in Sandy during their upcoming busy season. This is a temporary seasonal role that involves working in a cold environment (approx. 15°C) and requires commitment to 12-hour shifts.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Sandy
Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour
Shift Available: Night Shift – 7pm to 7am
Transport: Applicants must have their own transport
Starts on 5th March
Attendance bonus of £50.00. To qualify for this, employees must attend and complete all scheduled peak rota shifts & hours between Tuesday, 10th March to Saturday, 14th March 2026.
Role Responsibilities
* Packing and sorting flowers with care and accuracy
* Working efficiently in a chilled environment
* Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
* Meeting production targets during peak periods
* Following health & safety guidelines at all times

* Reliability and good timekeeping

* Own transport is essential due to location and shift times
