The Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service requires a professional part-time Administrative Assistant. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Occupational Health Physiotherapy Team; facilitating the smooth running of the service whilst based at the Western General Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Occupational Health Physiotherapy Team.
* Facilitate the smooth running of the service whilst based at the Western General Hospital.
Qualifications and Skills
* Self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Accurate word processing and audio typing using medical terminology.
* Administrative experience is essential.
* Advanced skills in software packages (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Experience with Access database management would be advantageous.
