Your new role Joining this close-knit team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing core financial tasks across the business. Your key duties will include: Processing daily financial transactions with precision and handling the full posting workflow Supporting account reconciliations for both payables and receivables Overseeing client and supplier invoicing, factoring in freight, customs duties, and disbursements Tracking cash flow and ensuring ledgers are always up-to-date Preparing VAT returns and assisting with tax reporting Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related queries Producing regular financial summaries for management, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and aged debtor/creditor reports What you'll need to succeed Candidates applying for this position should bring solid bookkeeping experience, along with strong communication and people skills. The role requires excellent organisational capabilities and the confidence to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools—especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—is vital.
