Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee audit assignments from planning through to completion
* Lead, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Review audit work and ensure compliance with UK regulations and standards
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to clients
Requirements
* ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
* Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
