About the Role
At HC-One we are looking for enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to join our Flex Force team. The role offers contracted hours, guaranteed set monthly pay, and flexible shift scheduling across various care homes in the Lincoln area. Flex Force Care Assistants travel between selected homes and support residents with personal care and daily activities.
Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
* Help residents with limited mobility.
* Take responsibility for the wellbeing of residents on and off site.
* Provide general support and emotional care, including assistance with activities and use of aids.
* Recognise and report safeguarding concerns and participate in safeguarding training.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full right to work in the UK; no sponsorship provided.
* Previous care or customer service experience preferred.
* Driving licence with access to a vehicle is advantageous but not essential.
* Willingness to travel between multiple care homes.
* Must be able to recognise and report safeguarding concerns.
