This is a great opportunity to develop within ophthalmic surgery, working in a supportive theatre team with clear training and progression opportunities.The Role
* Scrubbing for ophthalmic procedures
* Supporting consultants during surgery
* Preparing theatre equipment and clinical areas
* Assisting with patient admission and discharge
* Maintaining safe clinical practice and documentation
Youll work 37.5 hours per week across 4 days (7:30am5:30pm) within a local Dorchester site cluster.Whats on offer?
* Starting salary up to £41,875 per annum - open to negotiation
* 4 day working week
* Bonus schemes paid twice per year - up to 10% of annual salary
* Specialist ophthalmic training

Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RGN) or ODP with valid registration (NMC or HCPC)
* Previous theatre / scrub experience
