Job Description:
Our client, a respected accountancy firm, is seeking a Wealth Management Administrator to join their team in Dunfermline.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Paraplanners and Financial Advisors, helping ensure smooth operations and a high-quality client experience.
This opportunity is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented individual with equivalent administrative experience.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar Wealth Management or Financial Services Administrator role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional approach.
* Strong team player with the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Experience using financial planning systems such as Intelligent Office and familiarity with major provider platforms is advantageous.
Core Responsibilities:
* Act as a professional point of contact for client queries and provide ongoing administrative support.
* Assist with the preparation and distribution of client review documentation, including fact finds, valuations and meeting packs.
* Process new business applications across pensions and investment products.
* Liaise with product providers to obtain information and track application progress.
* Maintain accurate and compliant client records using internal systems.
* Ensure documentation is complete, up to date and stored in line with regulatory requirements.
* Support advisers and paraplanners with diary management and scheduling client meetings.
* Assist with gathering information required for suitability reports and wider wealth management processes.
