The Supervisor role is crucial to the work we do supporting the work at our main accommodation at Gresty Road, where we house up to 69 people who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing homelessness and our dispersed properties across Cheshire.
The Supervisor will ensure that YMCA Cheshire is well-maintained to a high standard.This role involves supporting the Properties Manager in the daily operations of the Property Maintenance Team.
The Supervisor will manage maintenance staff, schedule work for the team using the INFORM system, respond to emergencies, and uphold health and safety standards to ensure that YMCA Cheshire’s maintenance activities comply with laws and regulations.
* 40 hours a week over 5 days
* 8am-4pm
* £32,000 per year
