This award-winning, full-service practice is recognised for its technical excellence, collaborative culture, and commitment to long-term client relationships. Their Private Wealth & Inheritance team is expanding, and they are seeking ambitious Fee Earners to join their Farnborough office.
The Role
As part of this highly regarded team, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, inheritance tax planning, and estate administration.
* Gain exposure to complex inheritance and tax matters, developing expertise in high-value and cross-disciplinary work.
* Collaborate with colleagues across family and property law to deliver holistic solutions for clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering empathetic and practical advice.
* Contribute to business development initiatives and raise your professional profile.
This role is open to candidates from NQ through to 8 years PQE, with tailored support and development opportunities depending on your level of experience. Newly Qualified solicitors will benefit from a robust NQ development programme, while experienced lawyers will have the opportunity to lead matters, mentor juniors, and take on more complex work.
About You
We are keen to hear from motivated and client-focused legal professionals who have:
* Between NQ and 8 years PQE in Private Wealth, Inheritance, or a related field.
* Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
* Excellent client care skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and discretion.
* A STEP qualification (desirable) or the ambition to work towards one.
