Job Description:
Sony Semiconductor Solutions Europe, part of Sony Europe, specializes in semiconductor products and services for the Industrial, Security, and Automotive markets. We are seeking an Application Support Specialist with SAP S/4HANA expertise and advanced Excel skills to join our team.
This role involves supporting our migration project from SAP R3 to SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, data migration, UAT, user training, and documentation. You will utilize Excel and Power BI to generate reports and reconsolidate data from various systems.
As an Application Support Specialist, your responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving issues, guiding end-users, and collaborating with various teams to optimize system performance and support business needs.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with SAP S/4HANA testing and documentation.
* Manage support tickets, ensuring prompt responses and detailed documentation.
* Provide first-line support for SAP S/4HANA issues.
* Conduct user training and develop support documentation.
* Collaborate on system enhancements and process improvements.
* Perform system maintenance and data integrity checks.
Qualifications:
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA support or development.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
* Knowledge of O365 tools like Power BI, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Customer-focused approach and ability to manage multiple requests.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems.
* SAP and Power BI certifications are a plus.
