We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help us to look after our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.
Field Service Engineer - Full Time
45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme
Location: Glenrothes, UK
We are seeking a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of the area, with the ability to travel around surrounding areas to service machines.

Starting salary: £28,782. Post-probation, an uncapped monthly bonus (typically around £400) is available.

Key Responsibilities
* Replenish and restock machines
* Perform preventative service visits within a designated territory
* Conduct site surveys for new machine installations
* Clean machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
* Manage cash removals and deposits
* Carry out repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
* Manage stock both on-site and in vehicles
* Support or cover for other field engineers as needed
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and concession partners
* Maintain a professional appearance, wear the correct uniform and name badge, and leave machines in better condition than found
