We are now looking for an Associate Director, Strategic Accounts to join our team and help shape the future of travel experiences. In this key role, you'll work alongside our VP of Partner Engagement & Strategic Accounts to drive long-term value from our most important global partnerships. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive strategies that align with our business goals while meeting the needs of our strategic partners across sectors like Airlines, Hotels, Financial Services, Loyalty, and Ground Handling. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-value relationships, deliver best-in-class partner management frameworks, and influence cross-regional execution at scale. Key responsibilities: Create and implement account strategies that deliver on global objectives and fuel revenue growth. Lead and nurture strategic relationships, ensuring alignment through quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and collaborative initiatives. Develop strategic negotiation plans and manage senior stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial, commercially sound contracts. Own the budgeting and forecasting process for strategic accounts, managing annual costs of approximately £400 million. Identify and support new partnership opportunities, working closely with internal teams to maximize value creation. Partner with regional teams to deliver seamless execution of initiatives, balancing global priorities with local market needs. Monitor account KPIs, deliver performance insights, and champion continuous improvement through actionable analysis. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of partner content and support joint marketing efforts for maximum brand exposure. What we are looking for: Significant experience in commercial account and contract management (global or multi-P&L exposure preferred). Proven background in travel, loyalty, financial services, airlines, or hospitality. Strong leadership capability, with the ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed, global environment. Exceptional negotiation and strategic planning skills. Highly numerate and analytical, with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities. Adept at managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders. Comfortable driving large-scale, cross-border projects and delivering against P&L goals. A proactive mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving innovation.
