We are currently seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, caring and inspiring Senior Support Workers for our Bideford-based homes. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, positivity and a genuine passion for supporting children to thrive. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, engaging and able to create a fun, nurturing environment where younger children feel safe, encouraged and empowered. Previous experience working with younger children is highly desirable.

Salary andContract
We offer competitive rates of pay based on a 40hr per week contract:
* Senior Support Worker £33,280 per annum
* Sleep-in allowance of £60 per sleep-in
* Senior on-call rate of £52.50–£89.25
* We also offer 35 contracts.
