Excellent employer within the Flat Roofing market are looking to hire an experienced Specification sales person/ Area Sales Manager to cover the East Midlands. THE ROLE;
* As Area Sales Manager, Specification Sales Manager your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of specialist flat roofing solutions.
* This is a Field/home based covering the East Midlands (Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire)
* The ASM/Specification sales manager will be selling into a mix of Architects, Specifiers, End Users/Building Owners, Local Authorities, Main Contractors and Approved Contractors.
* Projects will be on the refurbishment division working on commercial, retail and leisure, such as schools, leisure centres and retail parks etc.
* Part of your role will be to oversee project procurement from the outset to conclusion with strong tracking and project management emphasis.
* New business/specification focused.
* The Area Sales Manager/Specification Manager will utilise the Company database to glean information.
* Prepare and deliver CPD seminars / presentations.
* Liaison with the Marketing Department / external telesales and internal teams.
* Working closely with the Technical Department – Technicians and Administrators to resolve technical queries and progression of detail drawings.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
* As the Area Sales Manager/Specification sales manager, you must have a proven track record of success within construction field sales.
* Ideally be located in the East Midlands
* Sold to Architects, Specifiers, Local Authorities and Contractors, ideally on both residential and commercial new build and refurbishment projects.
* Strong presentation skills.
* A genuine people person/relationship builder.
