We are working with an established and growing consultancy business, and they are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team. The role is a hybrid position – 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Reporting into the HR Manager and working as part of a team of 5, the role will involve providing high quality and compliant HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, including dealing with ER cases, advice and guidance to managers and providing an advisory service to a wide portfolio of SME clients.
