Role/Department:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive the growth and expansion of our Asset Servicing business focused on Institutional Asset Owners across the EMEA region. The Head of Sales Asset Owners EMEA will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team building and executing regional sales strategies deepening client relationships and delivering revenue targets. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our Asset Owner presence in key markets and will work closely with regional business leads as well as global product operations and relationship management teams.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for Asset Owner solutions across EMEA aligned with global objectives.

Lead coach and expand the regional sales team fostering a high-performance client-centric culture.

Identify originate and close new business opportunities with institutional clients including pension funds sovereign wealth funds central banks and insurers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients industry influencers and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with product management to ensure market needs are reflected in solution development and positioning.

Represent the firm in industry events conferences and regulatory discussions across the region.

Maintain oversight of the sales pipeline forecasts and performance metrics providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and local regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

Proven experience in financial services with a strong focus on Asset Servicing Custody Fund Administration or Securities Services.

Proven track record in institutional sales leadership within the EMEA region.

Deep understanding of regional market dynamics regulatory landscape and client needs.

Strong leadership and team management experience; able to inspire and drive results.

Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and data‑driven approach to decision making.

Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.

Experience in Investment Strategy/ Management considered a strong plus.

Experience managing cross‑border sales efforts and multicultural teams.

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed global organization.
