A progressive, design‑led architectural studio based in Romsey is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its expanding team. Key Responsibilities
* Producing accurate and detailed technical drawings, schedules and specifications
* Working collaboratively with architects and project teams across all RIBA stages
* Coordinating with consultants, suppliers and contractors to support smooth project delivery
* Ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, planning requirements and environmental standards
* Supporting the delivery of high‑quality projects across multiple sectors
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK architectural practice
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with BIM workflows is advantageous
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and materials
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills
* A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when required
