More About Your Role
In this role, you will:
* Carry out joinery work on domestic properties, including new installations and repairs.
* Collaborate with your supervisor and scheduler to meet deadlines while focusing on cost-efficiency.
* Complete work to the highest quality standards, ensuring the protection of customers' homes and belongings.
* Organize your schedule with your supervisor and liaise with colleagues and clients to ensure excellent service.
* Support KPIs, maintain professionalism, and complete required documentation.
* Supervise or train apprentices when needed, all while adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.
As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
Please note: Although this role is advertised in a specific location, you will be required to work in surrounding areas.
Essential Criteria
* NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent, or relevant experience through ‘time-served’ employment history.
* Must reside in either the SO or PO postcode area.
* Hold a valid driving license.

You should be technically competent with a qualification at City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), or possess relevant experience. Key skills include:
* Ability to work to strict deadlines and high-quality standards.
* Capability to undertake multi-skilling tasks and communicate effectively.
* A current driving license is essential.
* IT literacy or willingness to learn software-based systems after training.
