Role Requirements
* Credit Checking on New and Existing Agencies and End Clients using Experian (Credit Reference Agency).
* Obtaining Credit Limits on new accounts and requesting/appealing increases for established accounts.
* Setting up new Agencies and Client Accounts from information held on the Booking Form.
* Introduction calls to ensure all information held is correct and matches that on Companies House.
* Regular communication – both verbal and written with the Insurance Companies.
* Ad-hoc Reporting.
* Updating Client Information on various computer systems.
* The banking of cheques and ensuring remittances are sent for allocation.
* Completion of the PERM process from raising the invoice to ensuring the funds are released to the Agency.
* Supporting the Credit Control Team in the collection of cash.
* Attending training sessions from the relevant Insurance Company on any new Independent Policy opened.
Essential
This is an apprenticeship position, therefore you do not need any work experience.
However, if you have excellent punctuality, attendance and a natural drive to succeed.

Qualification Requirements
No qualifications are needed, however, if GCSEs have not been attained you will be required to do Maths and English functional skills.
