This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some team leader experience in education or social care agency recruitment.\n\nKey skills required:\n\nEssential - Previous 360 recruitment experience leading a team in Education or temporary recruitment\nProven track record of exceeding KPI’s and targets\nAbility to drive strong activity levels\nPrevious work within a high compliance sector\nStrong customer service and sales skills\nA high standard of written and oral communication skills\nProactive work with central support teams\nOutstanding organisation skills and strong attention to details\n\nYou will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving this successful branch to its full potential.
