Bourne Estate Agents is a fast-growing property brand with a reputation for excellence. We are currently seeking a confident, organised, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our Petersfield office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Hampshire
* Handle tenant communication, maintenance requests, renewals, and inspections
* Conduct routine property visits and follow up on repairs and compliance
* Coordinate with approved contractors and tradespeople for works
* Ensure all properties meet legal and health & safety requirements
* Oversee tenancy agreements, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit disputes
* Keep accurate records using our property management software (CRM)
* Support landlords with rent reviews, arrears, and general guidance
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in residential property management
* Knowledge of property legislation, safety compliance and landlord/tenant laws
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
* A proactive approach to solving problems and improving service
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* ARLA qualification or similar is desirable, but not essential
