Reporting to the Lettings and Administration Manager, we are recruiting a Property Administrator on a permanent basis. After an initial training period, we offer remote/hybrid working. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and 9am - 4pm on Fridays.
More About Your Role
As a Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the property management team, ensuring client expectations and SLAs are met, while complying with statutory and contractual requirements.
Your daily tasks will include working on tenancy move-ins, terminations, deposit registrations, and other responsibilities as part of the wider team.
To ensure a safe working environment, a basic DBS check is mandatory.
More About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role. Experience with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Teams, Outlook, and Excel is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement are essential.
