What's involved with this role: JOB TITLE: Out of Court Resolution (OOCR) Supervisor REF: 371603 Pay rate: £18.99/hr PAYE Role length: 12-month initial contract Job type: Full-time or part-time considered (job share) Location: Camborne (with travel across Devon & Cornwall) Postcode: TR14 8SY Hours: 37 hours/week (Mon–Fri, hybrid working with approx. 3 days/week in office) Contract Type: Temporary (1-year, likely extension) The role: We're seeking a proactive and reflective Out of Court Resolution Supervisor to provide operational support and case supervision to a team working with low-level offenders. You'll help ensure interventions are proportionate, person-centred, and effective in reducing reoffending.
