* Deliver Projects: From migrations to security improvements, you'll run point.
* Own the Process: Spot gaps, remove inefficiencies, and push for continual improvement.
* Support the Team: Mentor junior engineers, contribute to a no-nonsense, high-performance culture.
* Be Client-Facing: You're not just a back-office fixer. You’ll build trust with clients and be their go-to.

* Full-time, office-based (Portsmouth) with flexibility for out-of-hours project work
* Full UK driving licence + own car (mileage covered)
* Strong MSP experience - this is essential

* Linux troubleshooting skills
* Familiar with RMM/PSA tools (e.g., NinjaOne, ConnectWise)
* Cyber Security awareness (MFA, patching, EDR, etc.)
* VoIP (3CX, SIP) and backup tech experience

What You’ll Get
* A proper career path - not just a job
* Hands-on leadership opportunities
* Ongoing training and development
* A no-politics, low-fluff culture
* Performance-based salary growth
Interview Process
* Initial Chat - Casual video call to talk goals and experience
* In-Person Interview - Meet the team and complete a hands-on technical assessment
