🌟 About the Role:
As our Care Manager, you will:
1. Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our care delivery team
2. Support and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care
3. Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks
4. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
5. Work closely with the senior management team to drive growth and service excellence
✅ What We’re Looking For:
6. Minimum 5 years’ experience in domiciliary care
7. Some experience in a supervisory or team leader role
8. A driver with access to your own car – essential for client visits and staff support
9. Working towards, or motivated to work towards, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
10. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
11. A genuine passion for improving lives through quality care
