We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Proposition Manager to coordinate and deliver high-quality proposals and propositions for our customers. Responsibilities
* Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer timeframes
* Coordinate input from a wide range of stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal and Delivery teams
* Ensure all proposals meet brand, quality, and compliance standards
* Manage document templates and content libraries for consistency and efficiency
Collaboration & Communication
* Influence and communicate effectively at a senior level with customers and colleagues
* Coach sales teams on best practices in persuasive writing and proposal development
* Facilitate kick-off, storyboarding, and review meetings to drive collaboration and alignment
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
* Develop, maintain, and enhance content libraries and proposal automation solutions
* Introduce best practice processes and governance for proposals and propositions
* Explore the use of AI tools to improve efficiency, content creation, and tone management
* Share knowledge and champion improvements in the way propositions are developed and delivered
About You
* Strong academic background or equivalent experience in proposal or proposition management
* Proven ability to manage, plan, and deliver compliant proposals in complex environments
* Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams under challenging deadlines
* Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Adobe InDesign desirable
* Experience in managing content libraries or proposal automation systems is a strong advantage
* Knowledge of generative AI tools and their application in content creation is desirable
