A highly respected regional law firm is looking for a skilled and detail-focused property lawyer to join its specialist Title Report Team in Northwich.
This is a rare opportunity to apply your technical knowledge across a wide range of residential property transactions, without the demands of managing a caseload or client-facing work. Instead, you’ll focus purely on technical title review and analysis, supporting the conveyancing department to progress matters quickly and accurately.
After a successful six-month probation period, you’ll have the option of blending office-based and hybrid working. You’ll work alongside a friendly, collaborative team in a modern, well-resourced office, helping to ensure every transaction is handled with precision.
Who we’re looking for
* Strong technical knowledge of freehold, leasehold, unregistered and new build transactions
* Proven legal expertise in property law
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator, able to clearly explain issues to fee earners
* Self-motivated with good initiative and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits
* £35,000–£45,000 depending on experience
* 1 day from home, 4 in the office
* Compressed hours available (e.g. 5 days into 4) – Friday working essential
* Staggered start/finish options (e.g. 8–4 or 10–6)
