The Role
You'll inherit a portfolio of Real Estate Finance clients with a remit to grow that portfolio by originating and executing debt transactions that align to the banks risk appetite, from both existing and new to bank clients.

You’ll need to be
An experienced commercial banker with a real estate finance specialism. A strong portfolio / relationship manager you’ll also come with a track record of winning new business along with a relevant introducer network. You’ll possess the skills and the ability to assess, write and present complex lending proposals.
