Our culinary focus is on fresh, authentic Greek dishes such as gyros and halloumi fries, made using ingredients imported directly from Greece. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Greek dishes to high quality and presentation standards. Keep the kitchen clean, well-organised, and compliant with food hygiene standards. Manage and fulfil online delivery orders efficiently using platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat. Accurately follow order modifications to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Work independently with strong organisation and attention to detail. Adhere to all health and safety protocols within the kitchen environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a Cook, CDP, or Junior Sous Chef, ideally in high-volume takeaway, casual dining, or pub kitchens. Ability to work under pressure, stay calm, and keep organised during busy service periods. Confident working independently while maintaining kitchen standards. Positive, proactive mindset with a desire to contribute to a growing business. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (Tuesday-Sunday schedule).
