About the Role
We are recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support refurbishment and improvement works within occupied social housing properties across the Bristol area.
This is a key customer-facing role, acting as the link between residents, site teams, and project management to ensure works are delivered smoothly, safely, and with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams, and project managers
- Carry out pre-start resident visits, explaining the scope and programme of works
- Issue resident letters, access schedules, and regular progress updates
- Manage resident queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Support vulnerable residents and ensure reasonable adjustments are implemented
- Organise and attend resident meetings and engagement events
- Ensure residents understand health & safety and access requirements
- Maintain accurate records of communications, access issues, and feedback
