Are you a polished and professional receptionist looking for flexible work opportunities? We’re seeking individuals to join our team and provide exceptional front-of-house support to our clients on a temporary, ad hoc basis.
Whether it’s a one-day cover or a longer-term booking, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient reception experience across a variety of London locations.
What You'll Do
* Deliver outstanding customer service while managing reception areas
* Answer and direct calls with confidence and professionalism
* Greet clients and guests, acting as the first point of contact
* Provide concierge style hospitality, including arranging refreshments and lunches
* Support with general administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
* Previous front-of-house or receptionist experience
